Whitchurch Listed Building

When our client purchased this lovely Grade II listed building with parts dating back to the 15th Century, it required upgrading to create a home for the 21st century family.
We worked with the client and the local listed building planning officer to refurbish and upgrade the oldest property in Whitchurch.  The house is a rare Crucks Frame building within Hampshire.
We refurbished the complete property including roof, floors, damp-proofing and installed a new kitchen, bathrooms, shower rooms using  traditional techniques and materials, such as lime products, to comply at all times with listed building regulation.
