As NHBC builders we are able to provide a full 10 year warranty on the new houses we build. We are happy to be involved at any stage of the building process.
The NHBC is the main organisation that sets the standards for new house building in this country. Our new builds are checked by the NHBC to provide the reassurance for the house owner that the house is to the highest standards.
We can design the house with you using architects, structural engineers, Garden architects, interior designers and planning consultants. The process can be difficult but with our help this can be made as easy as possible.

Quality Assured
We are Members of National House Building Council (NHBC) for new builds and as a registered builder we can provide a 10 year warranty for new homes.
Kingston Construction embraces modern technology within the industry whilst also having the wealth of experience to build using traditional techniques.
We are also members of The Federation of Master Builders (FMB) for our general works. We are monitored and checked by an independent inspector to confirm that we are working within their strict guidelines.
